If you've dreamed of having a tropical wedding and honeymoon, we'll make your wishes come true. Your aisle will be our flowering garden walk, and the alter can be an elevated bridge above our shimming pool waters. Guests are seated along the sides, each with a perfect view of the ceremony.

After the ceremony, everyone can gather in our tropical gardens or at the beach to enjoy a gorgeous sunset.

We can assist in planning your special day. A reception can include bride and groom's cakes, West Indian appetizers, or a local Island band. That evening, a special dinner can be arranged.

ICIS VILLAS MARRIAGE INFORMATION

Application Process ~
flowers The Bride and Groom must apply in person for a British Virgin Islands Marriage License at least three working days prior to the ceremony. Applications should be filed at the Registrar's Office in Road Town, Tortola, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm (except holidays). The Registrar will confirm the date and time of the ceremony.

Documentation Required ~
Applicants must present the following documentation to the Registrar. All documents must be in English and must be originals. (if only copies are available, they must be certified).

Passport (with BVI Entry Cards) and/or Birth Certificate
Divorce Decree (if applicable)
Death Certificate (if applicable)
Proof if your name has been changed by deed poll

Fees ~
Application Fee, $100.00 and BVI Stamp Fee, $110.00

Please Note ~
You must surrender your passports and documents while the application is being processed. All fees must be paid in advance and all documents and passports will be returned the day of the wedding.
